Indian Ringneck Parakeets in Edmonton, Alberta

I have a few Indian Ringneck Parakeets that are looking for their new home.

Please note:
-Indian Ringnecks have a long life span. If you can not foresee keeping one for its entire life, please do not contact me.
-Indian Ringnecks have the capability to learn many words. However, not all birds pick up speech. If you want a talking bird and can not accept that your bird may not talk, please do not contact me.
-Indian Ringnecks need a good size cage. Bare in mind the cost of the cage and the space needed in your home for such a cage. I do not have any cages.
-Indian Ringnecks can be quite loud. If noise is a factor, please find another bird that better suits you.
-Also I insist you purchase a carrier for your bird aside from the bird's permanent cage to transport your bird in. I recommend a small cat carrier. My birds do not go home in boxes.

Pictured first is a female dark green violet factor Indian Ringneck. She is a good bird, hatched spring of xxxx. She is a bit shy but very willing to come out of her and steps up well. Does the coo-coo-ca-choo that females do and will at times let you pet her and rub her head. For a Ringneck she is fairly quiet but that does not mean things will stay that way. Price is $575

Second is one of two gray females that were hatched late spring of xxxx. Both are a bit flighty but love to get out of their cage to spend time with you, stepping up quickly and out before you know it. One is quite the coo-er. One is very possessive of her food dishes. They are both good birds and need someone with bird experience who will be patient and kind, giving them time to settle into a new home and family. Price is $375 ea.
