$360 Insane Bootcamp/Fervent Fitness Class in Edmonton, Alberta

What does Fervent mean?...Fervent:Having or showing great warmth or intensity of spirt,feeling, enthusiasm, etc.Starting October 1st I will be holding a registered bootcamp at my training studio called Marked Improvement located at xxxx-101 ave. Details are as follows.SIGN UP QUICK!!:12 weeks for $360$20 Drop In FeeMondays and Wednesdays7pm-8pm8-10 Person Max Per Class.If the class fills up i will start a second class!!For any questions please feel free to message me or call/text my cell at 780-720-xxxx aswell if you would like a free Demo for you and your friends before it starts :) The Bootcamp will consist of6 Rounds,6 exercises each meaning each round is 6 minutes long 1 minute per exercise and a 10 second break inbetween each exercise with a 1 minute water break afterward each round. Each round is geared towards a certain muscle or muscle group. The exercises will consist of Alpha Strong Sandbags,Flipping Tires,Smaller Tires,Chains,Kettle Bells,Bulgarian Bag,Battle Ropes and Resistance Bands.
