The incumbent establishes goals and action plans to maximize sales, productivity and profitability while ensuring that store personnel apply customer service, visual presentation, operations and loss prevention standards. The District Manager is also involved in the recruitment, training and development and overall performance of their respective teams. Requirements: University degree in Business Administration and/or College diploma in retail management or equivalency Fashion forward with expertise in ladies apparel3 - 5 years multi-store supervision Computer skills in Microsoft Office Excellent leadership and communication skills, results-oriented Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Business oriented and committed to superior customer service Available to travel
